BAKE-OFF
THURS –  The Animal Rights Initiative presents the Holiday Vegan Bake-off. Taste pastries, cookies, candies, muffins, pies, cakes, and more.

CARD MAKING
THURS –  Get crafty at Sammamish Library, drop in and create a light-up LED Hanukkah Card! Learn the basics of working with LED lights and take home your holiday card!

CORDUROY
FRI –  The Seattle Children’s Theatre offers a showcase of the department store bear in a physical comedy as he teaches the importance of empathy and unconditional love.       

INDOOR FESTIVAL
FRI-SAT – The Winter Solstice Night Market at Magnuson Park celebrates the first day of winter with street food, art vendors, and live music. Sample at Beerfest from over 30 participating breweries.        

BAVARIAN BAR CRAWL
FRI-SUN – The annual Christmas Lighting Festival offers caroling, roasted chestnuts, sleigh rides, and lights reflecting off glittery snow.     

CLASSIC CHRISTMAS
FRI-SUN –  A ticket to the classic movie White Christmas with the famous Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, and Rosemary Clooney.    

HOLIDAY FUN RUN
SAT –  Dress up in your holiday attire and join the Holiday Fun Run followed by hot chocolate and cider.    

CANDY CANE LANE
SAT –  Celebrate the winter solstice and the 70th anniversary of Candy Cane Lane. Enjoy an evening trail run or walk on 1.6K or 5K run.    

LIGHT UP THE NIGHT
SUN Celebrate Hanukkah hosted by CYP Seattle and Chabad of downtown in Westlake Park. Watch the giant menorah lighting, live music by Hasidic Rock band, a burger fest, and a holiday market.    

MENORAH LIGHTING
SUN – Head to Renton for the annual Chanukah Festival and Menorah lighting, featuring traditional Jewish music and entertainment. Enjoy refreshments as you spin-the-dreidel and play other family activities.

CHRISTMAS SHIP FESTIVAL
THROUGH DEC 23 – Ride on a ship over Lake Washington and the Puget Sound while listening to the Christmas choir on board.  

THE NORTH POLE
THROUGH DEC 24 Cougar Mountain Zoo’s North Pole invites you to meet Santa and his reindeer, see his sleigh and browse animals at the Zoo.

REINDEER FESTIVAL
THROUGH DEC 24 – Head to Swanson’s Nursery to visit Santa’s live Reindeer and watch a model train circle a winter wonderland landscape.  

SNOWFLAKE LANE
THROUGH DEC 24 – Watch the beautiful display of lights, dancers, music, and falling snow at the scenic Snowflake Lane.

ZOO LIGHTS
THROUGH DEC 24 – The Tacoma Zoo decorates for Christmas with over 700,000 lights and displays and even the aquarium participates! Head to Point Defiance Zoo for a spectacular view.  

HOLIDAY TEA
THROUGH DEC 28 –  A cozy Holiday Tea Party in the Fireside Room offers holiday sandwiches and treats.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL
THROUGH DEC 28 – ACT Theatre hosts A Christmas Carol, a Charles Dicken’s story and holiday classic about beloved character’s Christmas transformation.  

MRS. DOUBTFIRE
THROUGH DEC 29 – The story of a struggling actor disguises himself as a British nanny in order to spend quality time with his children he’s lost due to divorce, at the 5th Avenue Theatre.  

GUYS & DOLLS
THROUGH DEC 29 – The Village Theatre hosts a Tony-winning musical about gangsters, gamblers, showgirls, and missionaries in 1930’s New York City.

GINGERBREAD
THROUGH  JAN 1 – The Sheraton Seattle Hotel hosts edible displays showcasing Gingerbread villages and art.   

BEETHOVEN MUSIC
THROUGH JAN 5 – The Seattle Repertory Theatre hosts famous composer Hershey Felder as he brings Beethoven’s popular hits to life.  

WILDLIGHTS
THROUGH JAN 5 – Head to the Seattle Zoo, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and browse the displays of over 800,000 lights. Interact in animal encounters, fire pits, snowball fights, and a carousel.

DINNER CIRQUE SHOW
THROUGH FEB 9  – A night like this is a live aerial and acrobatic show performed around you as you enjoy a five-course dinner at Marymoor Park.
