OREGON FREE FISHING DAYS
These specially designated “free fishing” days are a great time to try out fishing with the family. On these dates you will not need a license, tag or endorsement to fish, crab or clam anywhere in Oregon that’s open to fishing, crabbing or clamming. Discover new fishing spots and introduce children to fishing. All catch limits and other restrictions still apply. Hosted by the Oregon Department of Fishing and Wildlife (ODFW).
SATURDAY FARMERS MARKET
The Lane County Farmers Market is Eugene’s largest farmers market, providing locally grown foods from over 100 farmers and food artisans. The market is year-round, and all items are grown or produced in Oregon. The Saturday Farmers Market is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during February and March, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from April to December.
