SUN – Portland’s zaniest pug parade and festival is back! This Game of Thrones Pug Crawl at Rogue Pearl Public House benefits the Oregon Humane Society.

WILDFLOWER FESTIVAL
SUN – The Wildflower and Music Festival displays the beauty of spring with floral displays, plants for sale, food, arts and crafts, music, guided walks, and kids’ activities.

UFO FESTIVAL
THROUGH SAT – This festival honors two local UFO spotters and their stories of the encounter. Dress up like an out-of-this-world being and attend the parade, listen to live music, run in a 5K, or participate in the kids’ fun center.

BICYCLE FILM FEST
FRI-SAT– Watch short films about bicycles, filmed on bicycles. The 17th Annual Filmed by Bike film festival hosts more than 70 films from all over the world.

SEASIDE WINE TASTING
SAT – The Spring Downtown Wine Walk in Seaside has participating local shops and 20 wineries will showcase their best wines from the comforts of Seaside.

THE OREGON SYMPHONY
ONGOING – Classical Up Close hosts Oregon musicians and special guests for a series of 15 free chamber music concerts including six full-length evening concerts, six intimate blitz performances, and three kids’ concerts.

WHALE OF A WINE FEST
FRI-SUN – Drive out to the Oregon Coast for live music, art, food, and wine at scenic Gold Beach.

ENDANGERED SPECIES DAY
SAT – Head to the Oregon Zoo, home to more than 20 endangered species to learn about the importance of protecting these animals. View the popular endangered African painted dogs, Californian condors, and Asian elephants.

SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN
THROUGH JUNE 9 – Lakewood Theatre Company closes out its 66th season with the triumphant movie musical Singin’ In the Rain, tapping its way from cinema’s silver screen to the Lakewood Headlee Mainstage. Hilarious situations, snappy dialogue and a downpour of unforgettable songs and real rain make it the perfect entertainment for any fan of the golden age of movie musicals. Production directed by NW acclaimed Director, Ron Daum and features many well-known and award-winning performers from the local stage.

COMEDIC FILM FESTIVAL
FRI-SUN – The Portland Comedy Film Festival screens independent international comedic films over nine, two-hour sessions.

OMSI EVENT
ONGOING – OMSI takes a behind the scenes glance at Pixar creations. Experience the science, technology, art, and concepts by Pixar artists for award-winning films.

HISTORIC CHINATOWN
ONGOING – Head to the Portland Chinatown Museum for a look beyond the gate. This exhibit uses rate objects and visuals to explain the history and old tales of Portland’s historic Chinatowns.
