The annual bloom of cherry blossoms at downtown Portland’s Waterfront Park is impressive, but an even more colorful burst of flowers appears every spring just 32 miles south of the city, in Woodburn, Oregon, where the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival blossoms, drawing thousands to come and see 40 garden acres of tulips on this charming farm, rain or shine.

This huge single-elimination college basketball tournament featuring 68 teams competing for the national championship, known for its unpredictable upsets, thrilling “Cinderella stories,” and widespread fan engagement through bracket pools. With rounds such as the Sweet Sixteen, Elite Eight, and Final Four, March Madness culminates in the crowning of the national champion.

COUVE CLOVER RUN
Join us for the 11th Annual Couve Clover Run and celebrate in your festive green while running or walking 3, 7 or 10 miles along an extremely fast and scenic course to support local charities! We just added the LUCKY LEAP 1 mile walk – great for families or those wanting less mileage but do want a shirt, medal, food, beverages and FUN.
FAMILY POTTERY CLASS
This Family Pottery Class will be instructed by one of our talented ceramicists who will guide you step-by-step through the process of centering your clay, opening the clay, and pulling up the walls of your piece. If participants ages 8+ do make a piece you’d like to keep, our studio staff will trim, fire, and glaze your piece at no additional cost, which can then be picked up in a few weeks. Otherwise, your clay will be recycled for our next classes to practice with!
