BLACKBERRY JAM FESTIVAL
The 31st Annual Blackberry Jam Festival in Lowell is for the young and the young at heart. Don’t miss out on the yearly parade, along with a gorgeous car display, horseshoe tournament, craft and food vendors, and live music. A highlight of the event includes the greased pole climbing competition. Kids will be sure to appreciate the Kidz Korner with games, activities, entertainment, water fun to keep cool, a magician show, and more.
LANE COUNTY FAIR
Excellent family fun, concerts, carnival rides, games and entertainment. All types of carnival rides will be at the fair, including a large ferris wheel to give you a bird’s eye view of the fairgrounds and Eugene. Enjoy favorite food vendors with classic fair fare such as elephant ears, cotton candy, barbecue and so much ice cream. Browse the animal barns, agricultural exhibits, arts and crafts and commercial vendors. This year’s creative exhibits include Baking & Candy, Floral, Food Preservation, Textiles, Photography and more.
SATURDAY FARMERS MARKET
The Lane County Farmers Market is Eugene’s largest farmers market, providing locally grown foods from over 100 farmers and food artisans. The market is year-round, and all items are grown or produced in Oregon. The Saturday Farmers Market is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during February and March, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from April to December.
