CHRISTMAS IMPROV
THURS –  An improvised Christmas Carol at Pike Place with funny plot twists opens the classic A Christmas Carol Story.     

NUTCRACKER
THURS-SUN – The Hard Nut is a retro-modern take on the beloved Nutcracker, with snowflakes and G.I. Joes’ in a reimagined story of the classic tale at Paramount Theatre.   

SANTA BAR CRAWL
SAT – Wear a Santa Suit or a holiday costume to SantaCon, beginning at Westlake Park, then head to 15 participating bars.     

GREEN LAKE LIGHTS
SAT –  Stroll around Green Lake down a pathway of lights which includes live music at four locations, rain, snow, or stars.   

CRAFT FAIR
SAT-SUN –  The Renegade Craft Fair offers indie crafts, food trucks, a live DJ, and more at Hangar 30 in Magnuson Park.  

THE CHRISTMAS REVELS
SAT-SUN – Bring the family to celebrate the winter solstice, listen to music, dance, watch performances, and storytelling at the Rialto Theatre.

CHRISTMAS SHIP FESTIVAL
THROUGH DEC 23 – Ride on a ship over Lake Washington and the Puget Sound while listening to the Christmas choir on board.  

THE NORTH POLE
THROUGH DEC 24 Cougar Mountain Zoo’s North Pole invites you to meet Santa and his reindeer, see his sleigh and browse animals at the Zoo.

REINDEER FESTIVAL
THROUGH DEC 24 – Head to Swanson’s Nursery to visit Santa’s live Reindeer and watch a model train circle a winter wonderland landscape.  

SNOWFLAKE LANE
THROUGH DEC 24 – Watch the beautiful display of lights, dancers, music, and falling snow at the scenic Snowflake Lane.

ZOO LIGHTS
THROUGH DEC 24 – The Tacoma Zoo decorates for Christmas with over 700,000 lights and displays and even the aquarium participates! Head to Point Defiance Zoo for a spectacular view.  

HOLIDAY TEA
THROUGH DEC 28 –  A cozy Holiday Tea Party in the Fireside Room offers holiday sandwiches and treats.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL
THROUGH DEC 28 – ACT Theatre hosts A Christmas Carol, a Charles Dicken’s story and holiday classic about beloved character’s Christmas transformation.  

MRS. DOUBTFIRE
THROUGH DEC 29 – The story of a struggling actor disguises himself as a British nanny in order to spend quality time with his children he’s lost due to divorce, at the 5th Avenue Theatre.  

GUYS & DOLLS
THROUGH DEC 29 – The Village Theatre hosts a Tony-winning musical about gangsters, gamblers, showgirls, and missionaries in 1930’s New York City.

GINGERBREAD
THROUGH  JAN 1 – The Sheraton Seattle Hotel hosts edible displays showcasing Gingerbread villages and art.   

BEETHOVEN MUSIC
THROUGH JAN 5 – The Seattle Repertory Theatre hosts famous composer Hershey Felder as he brings Beethoven’s popular hits to life.  

WILDLIGHTS
THROUGH JAN 5 – Head to the Seattle Zoo, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and browse the displays of over 800,000 lights. Interact in animal encounters, fire pits, snowball fights, and a carousel.

DINNER CIRQUE SHOW
THROUGH FEB 9  – A night like this is a live aerial and acrobatic show performed around you as you enjoy a five-course dinner at Marymoor Park.
