MOVIES THAT MOBILIZE
Movies that Mobilize brings us together as a community – in a safe way – through a shared commitment to create a more equitable world for children and youth. They’ll be showing a feature-length documentary that takes a close look at the educational, judicial and societal disparities.


BLUEBERRIES
Head to the U-Pick fields this weekend for fresh blueberries in Auburn. Enjoy a picnic by the water after picking berries at the Higher Taste Blueberry Farm.  


SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK
Enjoy a summer of free family fun in the park with Shakespeare in the Park, showcasing “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and the “Twelfth Night” followed by “The Tempest” now through Aug 14th.

View Sunflowers at local farms around town. Head to the sunflower festival in Buckley, Bob’s Corn and Pumpkin Farm Sunflower experience in Snohomish, and the Thomas Farm Sunflower Festival.

The Kirkland Summerfest is back for its 9th annual celebration. Bring the kids to wander through the street market where you’ll find arts and crafts created by local makers. The street market is open to all ages.

Come test out your echolocation with a Park Ranger. You’ll learn all about our local bat species while taking a dusk hike to watch for bats as they forage for insects! Bring a flashlight or headlamp, as well as sturdy shoes!


MOVIES AT THE MURAL
