THROUGH SAT – This city-wide series of programs hosts craft and design education with cultural, social, and community relevance.

TULIP FESTIVAL
THROUGH APRIL 29 – View 40 acres adorned with tulips and daffodils in full bloom. Enjoy a snack at the gift shop and café at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival.

QUILT, CRAFT, AND SEWING
FRI-SUN – The Portland Expo Center hosts the quilt, craft, and sewing festival with seminars, workshops, and fabric vendors.

OMSI AFTER DARK
FRI – Head to OMSI After Dark for adults only night. This week features Pig and Swig, taste bourbon, wine, and bacon delicacies. Head to the science exhibits and explore the Science Behind Pixar exhibit.

HOUSE & OUTDOOR SHOW
THROUGH SUN – The Oregon Convention Center hosts the Portland House & Outdoor Living Show. View the latest trends in cabinetry, flooring, smart home tools, and more.

OLD HOUSE REVIVAL
SAT – The Old House Revival Tour allows guests to take a look inside restored historic homes of Portland.

OREGON TATTOO EXPO
FRI-SUN – View the latest trends in the tattoo industry, new tools, and techniques. Use this opportunity to get new ink from some of the best local artists.

JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL
THROUGH SUN – The annual survey of contemporary Japanese cinema showcases feature films from Japanese artists at the Portland Art Museum, ranging from anime to documentary.

THE OREGON SYMPHONY
ONGOING – Classical Up Close hosts Oregon musicians and special guests for a series of 15 free chamber music concerts including six full-length evening concerts, six intimate Blitz performances, and three kids’ concerts.

HAWAIIAN LUAU
SAT – Celebrate Hawaiian culture with authentic good and a dance show at Pacific University.

BRIDGE TO BREWS
SUN – Run or walk an 8K/10K over Portland’s Fremont Bridge and celebrate after the finish line at Waterfront Park with live music and refreshments.

OMSI EVENT
ONGOING – OMSI takes a behind the scenes glance at Pixar creations. Experience the science, technology, art, and concepts by Pixar artists for award-winning films.

HISTORIC CHINATOWN
ONGOING – Head to the Portland Chinatown Museum for a look beyond the gate. This exhibit uses rate objects and visuals to explain the history and old tales of Portland’s historic Chinatowns.

LOST TREASURES
FRI-SAT – The Lost Treasures Collection, a series of rarely performed musical theatre productions, continues its ninth season at Lakewood Theatre Company with its production, Wildcat in three performances only: Friday, April 12 at 7:00 PM and Saturday, April 13 at 2:00 PM. This production is directed by NW acclaimed director Ron Daum and performed with stars of the local stage. Light food fare, beer, wine, and other beverages are available for purchase before and during the show.

PACK OF LIES
THROUGH SAT – Magenta Theatre hosts Pack of Lies, a drama based on true events occurring over the 1960s Cold War in London.

BREWFEST

MOTOCROSS
SAT – The Motocross Washougal Classic 7 Series hosts a number of races leading to the summer championships. Watch local legends race competitors and fight to speed their way to the top of the pack.

ONGOING –  The Vancouver farmers market features local fresh produce and products.
