The Trash to Treasure art show will display intricate sculptures created by local artist Bill Leigh located at The Cave Gallery in Vancouver. Truly turning trash into treasure, Bill Leigh has been visiting the Clark County Transfer Stations for over six months, pulling materials from the landfill to upcycle these once trashed items into beautiful and thought-provoking sculpture pieces.
