Studies in Creative Arts Therapies show coloring can help reduce stress, promote mindfulness and boost one’s mood. Plus, it’s just plain fun to color! Start your week off right with some drop-in to the Coloring Café for some coloring time in a peaceful atmosphere with like minded creative enthusiasts. They provide coffee/tea, light breakfast refreshments and all materials; you’re also welcome to bring your own.

It’s Sunday Funday and time to let it all goat with the original goats that started the global phenomenon of Goat Yoga. The experience includes yoga, animal-assisted therapy, beautiful views and loving on animals. Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day-to-day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes. No yoga experience is needed.

Shop throughout the seasons! Local farmers and food artisans sell vegetables, fruits, plants, baked goods, flowers, meat, seafood, drinks and more. All foods sold at the Lane County Farmers Market are either grown by Oregon farmers or made in Oregon with a portion of locally grown ingredients.
