Welcome back spring. The Annual Trillium Festival at Tryon Creek State Natural Area is an educational event for the whole community that celebrates the season of renewal in the forest and beyond. The event will be hosted in the new Education Pavilion this year.

Announcing the 6th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on the farm. This year is even bigger and better. With 21 different egg hunt times/age groups over 2 days, more prizes, and fun activities.

FAMILY POTTERY CLASS
This Family Pottery Class will be instructed by one of our talented ceramicists who will guide you step-by-step through the process of centering your clay, opening the clay, and pulling up the walls of your piece. If participants ages 8+ do make a piece you’d like to keep, our studio staff will trim, fire, and glaze your piece at no additional cost, which can then be picked up in a few weeks. Otherwise, your clay will be recycled for our next classes to practice with!

Professional snowboarder Danny Davis will return to Mt. Bachelor this Spring for this season’s Party in the Peace Park, presented by Mountain Dew. Danny will be handing out $3,000 CASH in Peace Park.
