Join us for our 3rd Annual Tulip & Flower Festival! Take a peaceful stroll through our beautiful tulip fields and experience the magicof weeks of blooming color in the fields and in our Garden Center.
GARDEN UNIVERSITY: NATIVE BEE WORKSHOP
We’ll start out the class with a lesson on the different types of native bees here in the Willamette Valley, and the various kinds of habitat they need. Then we will decorate mason bee houses. Students will also receive several mason bee cocoons to start their own colony, seed packets to plant native flowers in their yard, plenty of information on native bees, and a poster with the different native bees found right here in Oregon. The 2026 season marks the 28th Anniversary of the Salem Saturday Market which takes place at the State of Oregon Green Lot located on the corner of Summer & Marion Streets. Just 1 block north of the State Capital Mall. Over 200 local vendors providing handmade, handcrafted or homegrown products… sharing the fresh bounty and local products from the Mid-Willamette Valley.
